# 路邊停車扣款有疑慮

#### 扣款失敗怎麼辦？

請注意，若已經超過繳費單的繳費期限，請先透過其他的管道手動繳費。

請放心，[請您先重新綁定付款方式](https://help.carmochi.com/account/credit-card/resetting-creditcard)，停管系統會在七天內自行重新扣款。

失敗原因可能為以下：

1. 付款方式異常，請重新綁定後重新付款。 
2. 請先確認該路邊停車單，是否已由其他代繳單位繳費完成。 
3. 請先確認是否已超過繳費期限。 
4. 該路邊停車單未更新至停管處/ 資料有誤，請直接聯繫該縣市停管處。 

＊若七天後，停管系統尚未重新發動扣款，建議您先用查詢繳費先行手動繳費，以避免收到催繳罰單。

#### 車輛過戶/ 綁錯車牌該怎麼辦？

請先確認停車日期及時間，扣款時間不等於今日去停車的消費

1. 若為車輛過戶或是忘記[刪除車牌](https://help.carmochi.com/account/ju-pai-she-ding-xiang-guan/plate-setting)，支付業者不會收到來自停管處完成車輛異動的通知，需由您手動刪除已過戶車牌。
2. 不論是過戶車輛/ 綁錯車號問題，因個資法規範，我們無法代替您本人向停管處申訴，需請您直接向當地停管處申請退費：[路邊停車如何申請退費？](/streetparking/how-to-refund.md)
3. 請確認所有綁定此車牌的代付業者是否皆已解除綁定，避免再次發生幫他人繳納費用。

#### 我今天沒去停車，怎麼突然有扣款？金額及路段有問題。

目前 APP 繳費資料來源是政府資料庫，若您未停車被扣款，很有可能是開單人員誤植車號。

因個資法保護規定，停管處規定需車主本人直接聯繫停管處確認，並協助您申請退款。
