#### 為什麼查不到我的路邊停車單？

由於路邊停車訂單開單後，需要 1 - 3 天時間上傳，若您未找到您的訂單，請不要擔心。

可以稍待一兩天再回到麻吉付查詢，或是您也可以開啟[自動繳費](https://app.gitbook.com/@mochipay/s/mochipay/lu-bian-ting-che-zi-dong-jiao-fei/lu-bian-ting-che-zi-dong-jiao-fei-shui-ming)功能，系統會為您自動做查詢及繳費，為您節省您寶貴的時間 ！

#### 路邊停車繳費如何下載消費紀錄？如何報帳打統編？如何補印收據？

路邊停車使用麻吉付繳費成功後，麻吉付將會寄送收據到您的會員信箱，或是您可以按這以下這兩種方式取得相關收據。

1. **若您有列印收據的需求，或需要在收據上輸入統編，請閱讀下列說明：**
