#### 如何查看我的麻吉幣？

1. 點擊車麻吉 APP 地圖主頁左上角選單
   1. 選單中會顯示當前會員的麻吉幣餘額

2. 點擊麻吉幣欄位將進入 「 我的麻吉幣 」 頁面，可以查看：
   1. 獲得點數（獲取原因、時間、到期日、麻吉幣金額）

3. 使用/過期點數（使用及過期麻吉幣紀錄）

#### 麻吉幣有使用期限嗎？

麻吉幣的使用期限，以當次當筆發放時規定為準，折抵順序會從最快到期的麻吉幣開始折抵。

* 您可以在 「 麻吉幣 」 查看到帳戶中所有麻吉幣的使用期限。

<mark style="color:red;">提醒您，麻吉幣過期後將無法再使用，超過使用期限麻吉幣將自動歸零失效。</mark>

#### 取消交易的麻吉幣會被退回嗎？

已使用的麻吉幣，如遇到取消交易的狀況，當筆交易已折抵的麻吉幣將會退回，而當筆交易獲得的麻吉幣將被回收。

退回的麻吉幣有效期限共同規則：

1. 訂單中只有一筆麻吉幣：該麻吉幣到期日加 30 天
2. 訂單中含多筆麻吉幣：最晚到期日加 30 天
3. 訂單中麻吉幣已過期：退回日期加 30 天

若您在停車場出場時，因故刷卡失敗，為了讓您順利離開停車場，車麻吉會先幫您做代墊。當筆交易的麻吉幣回饋，將會在客服手動協助您重新付款的當下，系統進行是否有回饋資格的判斷並計算回饋。
