# 台北市公有停車場退款申請

若您在台北市公有停車場停車後，繳費金額有誤或收款出現異常（重複收費、車牌辨識錯誤等），因應個資法保護，僅能請車主向政府單位進行申訴，有以下三種申請方法。

1. 聯繫台北市停車工程管處 ☎️
   * 客服專線：02-27269600
   * 服務時間：週一至週五 08：30～17：30<br>

2. 線上申請：<https://hello.gov.taipei/Front/main>&#x20;

   * 點選有話想說 GO&#x20;
   * 開始登錄案件 （記得勾選我同意）
   * 搜尋 交通運輸 → 停車管理及收費問題&#x20;
   * 填入資料搜尋 交通運輸 → 停車管理及收費問題&#x20;

3. 車主親洽現場管理室辦理 🚗

> ❖悠遊卡重複繳費，需自行查詢確認悠遊卡已扣款，才能申請退款喔！
>
> 提供兩個悠遊卡扣款證明查詢方式：
>
> 1. 上網查詢：[**`悠遊卡公司官方網站`**](https://ezweb.easycard.com.tw/search/CardSearch.php) 查詢（開放查詢當日之前3天～前1年交易記錄）
> 2. 可到**超商**或**捷運站**使用自助機台查詢，扣款資料可直接以拍照方式留存（☞ 可提供最近六筆交易資料及最近一次加值紀錄查詢）
