# 我已離場卻還顯示停車中

* 這種情況通常是車主已在現場用其他方式繳費，而現場設備沒有回傳出場資料，所以停車狀態沒有及時更新；但是在您下次進場時，系統就會自動將這筆停車紀錄關閉，不會直接扣款。
* <mark style="color:red;">**停車紀錄僅是提供 「 預估金額 」，實際扣款將以現場停車場設備提供之金額做扣款，請以現場公告費率為主。**</mark>

若您想將停車紀錄關閉，請您先將 App 更新到最新版

1. 即可點選 停車紀錄 上的  「 幫助 」 ，
2. 點擊 「 確定關閉 」。
3. 即可關閉紀錄。
