# 沒有收到進場通知怎麼辦？

* 當您進到台北市委外停車場，現場系統會發送進場通知；若您沒有收到車麻吉的進場通知，請到 APP 中的地圖查看停車狀態。
  * 請不用擔心！您可以直接將車輛開到出口，等待 5\~15 秒左右，待現場設備辨識完成並開啟開閘口。<br>
* 因現場設備及系統的限制，部分停車場不支援進場通知，若您進入停車場且有自動開啟柵欄，則可以放心以車牌辨識出場。<br>
* 部分停車場尚未支援停車中小卡，但並不影響自動扣款，請您安心出場，系統會自動讀取您的停車紀錄。
