#### 為何扣兩筆費用？

* 第一筆扣款為信用卡預授權金，此筆款項將會於您完成充電並拔除充電槍後，由系統扣除實際充電費用，並將剩餘圈存的額度釋放退回給您，額度退回通常需要 7-28 個工作天，實際作業時間依各家發卡銀行作業為準。

#### 何時會退回？

* 實際退還時間因牽涉發卡銀行端作業流程，可能需要 7-14 個工作天不等，還請您洽詢發卡銀行詢問。

#### 充電功率與充電費率換算不同？

* 充電費率可能因實際充電的時段（離/尖峰等）而有不同。
* 付款頁面上顯示為現場標示費率的起跳價，實際費率還需請您依照現場充電樁上標示為準。

#### <mark style="color:red;">信用卡免費停車折抵不包含電動車充電費</mark>

* 充電車位因附屬充電樁之 「 充電車格額外費用 」，並沒有包含到每小時費率制的停車費用，因此不適用於市區免費停車折抵範圍。
* 信用卡的 「 市區免費停車 」權益，主要為您折抵 「 每小時費率制的停車費用 」，**不包含充電或其他費用**
  * 若您的停車記錄有包括到充電費，可能為該次停車折抵異常，業者並不會因此追討回充電費，請您放心。

#### 如何查看消費明細？

* 付款完成後，將出現 【 付款成功 】 的提示，即表示您已付款成功；
* 若您有綁定車麻吉會員，可於扣款後在 APP 中的 【 消費記錄 】 中選擇 【 充電 】 查看本次交易明細記錄，如付款完成將顯示本次付款金額。
