# 如何修改、刪除車牌號碼？

若需刪除車牌，會員將無法為您繳納相關費用，請留意。

#### 若要刪除車牌：

1. 於主頁點擊左上方 <mark style="color:blue;">藍色圓形 按鈕 「 三</mark> 」
2. 點擊 付款車牌

3. 點擊 刪除車牌
4. 點擊 確認刪除

5. **若先前有申請加油快速通的車牌**，將會跳出此提示（會需要三個工作天才會完整刪除）
6. **若您的車牌有綁定多個通路**，將會跳出此提示（例如 中油 pay、台新 Richart life app 等），您需要先解除其他智慧支付平台的綁定，以避免持續扣款。

* 若您是在停車中的狀態，將無法解除車牌綁定，請於離場後再進行更改。

* 若您無法正常解除車牌，請填寫 [客服表單](https://www.autopass.xyz/contact/) 將有專人協助。
* 微型電動二輪車，將無法更改車種設定，請刪除車牌號碼後再重新設定。

#### 若您的車輛是租賃車：

若為租賃車牌，綁定車牌後會有提醒通知，請麻吉們還車時，記得刪除車牌以避免誤繳他人停車費用。
