# 如何新增車牌號碼？

目前開放車主們設定至多可以 15 個車牌號碼喔！

1. 於主頁點擊左上方 <mark style="color:blue;">藍色圓形 按鈕 「 三</mark> 」
2. 點擊 付款車牌

3. 點擊 新增付款車牌
4. 輸入 扣款車號（含 - 橫線），並選擇 車種
5. 點擊 「 設定好了 」 即完成

* 請確認當前設定的 **車種** 及 **車牌號碼** 皆正確，以避免影響您的使用權益。
  * 若有發生錯誤請款問題，因應個資法緣故，需請您自行向 停車場業者 或 停管處 聯繫退費事宜。
* 若顯示錯誤訊息為 「 車牌已被其他手機設定 」 時，為驗證身份，請填寫 [客服表單](https://www.autopass.xyz/contact/) 並提供 **`車主本人的行照、駕照`**（照片即可），核對資料無誤後，我們會協助解除其他手機的設定。
* 因應交易安全，**一張車牌號碼只能綁在一個手機號碼上，無法與其他帳號共用車牌。**
