# 填寫 信箱 或 手機 時顯示格式錯誤

若顯示 「 **電子信箱格式錯誤** 」請檢查 Email 文字後方是否多輸入一個空白格，若有空白格，系統將判定為格式錯誤。

若顯示 「 **Email 已被其他手機號碼綁定** 」：常見的情況是，您在註冊時並不是輸入這個信箱（或手機號碼），
